Shipping policy

Lael Cosmetics' processing time ranges from 2-7 business days. Some orders may be processed before the 2 days. 

Shipping time ranges from 3 - 8 days. 

Lael Cosmetics provides shipping insurance in the unfortunate event of damaged or loss of your package. If you do not select the insured shipping option at checkout, Lael Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

Lael Cosmetics guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, we will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'.

If your package is returned to us, you will be contacted to set up re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your package has been marked "DELIVERED", we do not issue refunds for any 'DELIVERED' packages.
